We provide mobile analytics and attribution services to our customers (mobile app providers). In connection with these services, we may process certain data from the users of these mobile apps via Adjust’s SDKs, URLs (Uniform Resource Locators), and APIs. We process the data upon instructions from our customers and do not have any kind of direct relationship with you as the end user.

We offer our customers mobile analytics and attribution services, enabling them to measure their online marketing performance and attribute app installs to the appropriate marketing source. We also support real-time measurement of in-app user interactions, providing insights into engagement across the full user journey. The data is processed to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate performance reports for our customers. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, we do not combine the data with any other data that would enable us to personally identify end users. Any information processed by Adjust is owned and controlled by our customer who has implemented the Adjust’s products and/or services into their mobile app.

Our customers may choose, at their sole discretion, to share data collected through our services and/or products with third-party platforms, such as advertising networks, analytics providers, or other service partners. Any such data sharing is initiated and managed by the customer and is governed by the contractual terms between the customer and the respective third party. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any data sharing complies with applicable laws, regulations, and their own privacy obligations.

Please note that Adjust’s headquarter and most of the teams involved in the data processing are located in Berlin, Germany. Adjust’s servers, which are rented from Leaseweb and used to store all the personal information, are located in Germany, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the United States. Hence, in order to perform the service agreement with our customers, it is necessary for our customers to cross-border transfer personal information to Adjust’s backend/platform dashboard, which is operated and hosted abroad.

In addition, such service providers are contractually obliged to guarantee adequate technical and organizational measures for data protection. In order to provide you with the corresponding products or services, we will commission the processing of your personal information to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, including providers of web analysis tools, web hosting and web development providers, marketing and advertising service providers, email and newsletter providers, service providers for editing and translations, Customer Relationship Management system service providers, cloud service providers, payment service providers, conference and webinar software providers, service providers for online surveys, service providers for chat software, and social media platform providers.
